There could be several reasons why you are asking for help during this particular time in your life: managing a transition, stress due to work life balance, family stressors, trouble with relationships, inattention, impulsivity, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, grief and loss, or self-doubt causing you to feel stuck and unsatisfied with life.
Regardless the concern, we can work together to tackle and address barriers toward the health and wellness you are seeking. I will create a safe space for you to be able to share your needs and goals, and serve as an advocate to assist in making these goals come true.

Stephanie Buchanan is a Licensed Professional Counselor and founder of Delos Wellness Center LLC Counseling practice.
Through listening, validation and learning your unique needs, our team will create a plan specifically catered to you to assist in improving functioning across areas and life satisfaction. Our approach is to explore and understand thoughts and behaviors that impact current functioning, as well as how past experiences can shape and impact the present moment.
Our specialties include identity exploration, difficulties with life transitions, ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship tension.
We work with children, teens and adults and take pride in being in network with most insurances, to make therapy more affordable.
